We place our machines
BevNest installs its own coffee machines in locations with steady daily foot traffic — and handles the machine, the ingredients and the upkeep.
BevNest places premium self-serve coffee machines in busy locations — workplaces, gyms, hospitals, hotels — and keeps them stocked, clean and running. The same machines are available to own, with financing for qualified buyers.

We place and sell premium self-serve coffee machines for high-traffic locations — offices, malls, hospitals, gyms, warehouses and stores.
Our machines are completely cashless, run from your phone, and need only about 10 square feet and a regular outlet.
We supply everything the machine needs, help you get the location, and stand behind every machine we place.
BevNest is a brand of U S Foods and Beverages LLC, a Wisconsin food import and distribution company.
Most machine sellers show you a brochure. We show you a working machine. BevNest operates its own fleet in high-traffic locations, so the coffee you taste at one of our spots is the coffee your customers — or your own location — would serve.
BevNest installs its own coffee machines in locations with steady daily foot traffic — and handles the machine, the ingredients and the upkeep.
Each machine serves customers around the clock with no counter staff. While it sells, it also demonstrates exactly what the machine can do — a showroom that never closes.
Like what you tasted? The same models we operate are available for purchase, so you know precisely what you are buying — because you have already seen it work.
BevNest places and sells two machine models. Model One is the coffee specialist — fresh-bean coffee, hot or iced, from twin brewers and twin grinders. Model Two goes wider: 200+ flavors across coffee, tea, sparkling and instant drinks on a 32″ screen. Both run in real BevNest locations, so you can taste either one before you buy.
A full-size self-serve coffee station that grinds fresh beans for every cup and serves drinks hot or iced — its built-in ice maker produces up to 70 kg of ice a day, so cold drinks never depend on bagged ice deliveries.
A multi-beverage station with the widest menu of the two machines: freshly ground coffee, fresh brewed tea, sparkling drinks and instant beverages — hot or iced, 200+ flavors from one cabinet, finished in Nebula Gray.
Why the $2,000 difference? The JK89 costs more because it goes wider: 200+ flavors — freshly ground coffee, fresh brewed tea, sparkling drinks and instant beverages — on a 32″ Ultra HD screen, with a bigger built-in ice maker (80 kg a day) and a Swiss Ditting grinder. The Y900 costs less because it is the narrower coffee specialist: two brewing units, two grinders and two bean varieties at once, built for 200+ cups of coffee a day. A wider menu, or deeper coffee — that's what the $2,000 decides.
The machine does not have to be in front of you for you to be in charge of it. Everything about it — what is inside, what it sold, whether it is open or closed — is on your screen, wherever you are. Plain and simple: you see it all, and you control it all, from a distance.
Open the app on your phone or tablet and you see the machine's levels, right now: how much water is left, how much of every ingredient is left — coffee, milk, chocolate, syrups — and how many cups are left. Nothing runs out behind your back: you know it is time to refill before the machine ever stands empty.
Every drink the machine sells is counted. You see how many cups were sold today, this week, this month — and clear, simple charts and graphs that show what sells, when it sells, and how the money adds up. No guessing, no waiting for a report: the numbers are on your screen, any time you look.
The machine itself is under your control from far away. You can open it and close it right from your phone or tablet — shut it down for the night, open it up again in the morning — without being anywhere near it. The machine works where it stands; you manage it from where you are.
Want to actually see inside, not just read the numbers? At your request, we can install a video camera inside the machine. Then, alongside the levels and the sales, you can look in on it live — one more way to know your machine is exactly as you left it.
A coffee machine is only as good as what's inside it. BevNest supplies everything your machine serves — and ships it free to your address, so a refill never means a run to a warehouse store.
Paper, PET and clear plastic cups in the sizes your machine serves, with matching lids — stocked to the machine's full capacity, so it never sits empty over a busy weekend.
Coffee beans for both hoppers, milk and chocolate powders, matcha, syrups for all five syrup channels — every ingredient on the drink menu comes from us.
Order what you're running low on and we ship it to your address. You keep the machine pouring; we handle the supply shelf behind it.
A BevNest machine needs little more than a small footprint and people who would rather not leave the building for a decent coffee.
Break rooms, lobbies and shared floors where the nearest café is a walk away.
Before the workout, after the workout — members already stop at the counter.
Waiting areas and staff floors that run long hours, every day of the year.
Lobbies and breakfast corners, for guests who want coffee on their own schedule.
Student centers and staff rooms with steady traffic between classes.
Customers waiting on a service appointment — coffee makes the wait shorter.
Lobbies and amenity floors in larger apartment and condo communities.
Malls, transit points and other places where people gather and linger.
This is a BevNest machine in its branded wrap, standing where it would actually work — a polished lobby, a busy mall, a warehouse store floor. And the JK89, shown just as it is: in an office hall, and in a library. The wrap carries the BevNest nest and name, so the machine reads as part of the place, not a vending box parked in a corner.
These are presentation images of how a BevNest-wrapped machine looks in place — shown so you can picture one in your own space. They are not photographs of machines already installed at these locations.
Finding the spot is only half of it. Then come the landlord, the questions and the paperwork — and that is exactly where most people get stuck. You don't do any of that alone: our Location Manager stays with you through the whole thing, step by step.
Take a few photos of the spot where the machine could stand — regular phone photos are fine. That's all we need from you to start.
We place our machine right into your own photos and send them back to you. You see exactly how it will stand in your space — how it looks, how it fits — before anything is signed or decided.
Every form, every document, one at a time and in plain words. Our Location Manager goes through the paperwork with you step by step — you never have to figure out a document on your own.
A finished packet, ready to hand over: our letter to your landlord introducing BevNest, plus the documents about the machine — how big it is, what it needs (about 10 sq ft of floor and one regular outlet), and how it works. Nothing for you to write or put together.
We join the conversation with your landlord, answer their questions and help you agree on the terms. Landlords hear from a real company with real documents — not just from you — and that makes the "yes" much easier.
Send a request below and tell us about your location. Our Location Manager takes it from there — photos, documents, landlord and all. Request a consultation →
Have a location with traffic? We can place one of our machines in it. Want a machine of your own? We sell the same models we operate.
Where the location is, how many people pass through it each day, and where a machine could stand. A short conversation is enough to start.
BevNest delivers and sets up its own machine at your location. No café build-out, no counter staff to hire, no equipment for you to buy.
We keep the machine stocked and serviced. Your visitors, members or staff get fresh coffee on site — and your location gets a service people actually thank you for.
Placement terms are agreed location by location, in writing, before anything is installed — ask us and we will lay out exactly what a partnership looks like for your space.
Visit a working BevNest location and try the machine as a customer. No showroom pitch — just the coffee, the speed and the machine itself.
We compare the two models against your location and expected traffic, and go through specifications, what's included and the full cost — plainly, before you commit.
Buy outright, or apply for financing through our lending partner. Then your machine is delivered, installed and ready to serve.
Because we run these machines ourselves, what we tell you about operating one comes from our own daily experience — not from a sales brochure.
Every location is different, so don't take anyone's word for it — put in your own numbers. How many drinks a day do you honestly expect, at what price? The estimate below is built entirely from the figures you type in.
This is an estimate calculated only from the numbers you enter above — your scenario, not ours. It shows gross sales before ingredient, location and other operating costs, and it is not a promise or guarantee of income: what a machine actually sells depends on its location and daily traffic.
Two quick comparisons. Plain numbers, plain words.
A lot of money in — and bills that never stop.
A coffee business, without the coffee-shop bills.
What's left: about $1,500 a month.
Same target — for about a tenth of the money.
Cup, lid and ingredients — everything in one serving.
The recommended selling price.
What is left from each cup after its cost.
The owner's figures, shown as ranges — the exact cost depends on the drink and its ingredients. This is the arithmetic of one cup, not a promise of income: what a machine earns still depends on its location and how much it sells.
Four levels of daily sales, worked out from the cup math above — the same machine, the same cup, just more cups a day.
Example only — worked out at an average price of $4.45 and a profit of $2.85 per cup, over 30 selling days a month. This is an illustration, not a promise or guarantee of income: what a machine actually earns depends on its location and how much it sells.
Illustrative example only, in round numbers. What a machine actually makes depends on its location and how much it sells — this is not a guarantee of income.
Buying outright isn't the only way in. With a good down payment and a good credit history, our partner finance company will finance your machine — so it can be earning its place while you pay for it over time.
Applications are handled by a finance company BevNest partners with — not a bank queue you have to navigate alone. We introduce you and help you through the paperwork.
Financing starts with a good down payment from the buyer. The exact amount depends on the model and the lender's terms, and is confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Approval is designed for buyers with a good credit history. If your credit is strong and your down payment is ready, our partner finance company will finance your purchase.
Business equipment financing through Beacon Funding. Apply online on their website for your business needs.
For businesses only — not personal loansBeacon Funding financing is for businesses only — it is not a personal loan. All financing is subject to credit approval by the lending partner. Terms, rates and down-payment requirements are set by the lender and confirmed in your agreement — BevNest does not guarantee approval.
Two things. We place and operate our own premium coffee machines in high-traffic locations, and we sell the same machine models to buyers who want to own one — with financing available for qualified buyers through our lending partner.
Start with a conversation: your location, its daily traffic and a spot for the machine. The machine is ours — we install it and keep it stocked and serviced. The commercial terms for your location are agreed in writing before installation.
Yes — that's the point of our model. Our machines work in real locations every day, so you can visit one, buy a coffee as a regular customer, and judge the machine exactly as your customers would.
Our two machines are $20,000 (Y900) and $22,000 (JK89) — the JK89 costs more for its wider 200+ flavor menu, 32″ Ultra HD screen and bigger 80 kg-a-day ice maker; the Y900 is the narrower coffee specialist with twin brewers and grinders. We go through exactly what's included with you directly, before you commit to anything.
Financing is provided through a finance company we work with. It requires a substantial down payment and a strong credit history, and approval is the lender's decision. We'll explain the current terms in full before you apply.
Tell us where your location is in the request form below. If we can't serve your area yet, we'll say so honestly — and keep your details for when we expand there.
Our own videos — the machines at work, the coffee being poured, and life at real BevNest locations.
Hosting a machine, buying one, or just curious what the coffee tastes like — send a request and we'll come back with specifics for your situation.
Pay by cashier's check, wire transfer, or credit card — credit card payments add 3%, charged by the card company, not by us.
Send it to BevNest by email, or copy the text and reach us any way you like.
